How do I shop with Izzybizzi Kidswear?
Shopping with us is both easy and secure.
1. Choose a category or even use our search bar to find what you are after.
2. Click on the product and choose a size (if applicable) and then add to cart.
3. From there you can either continue shopping and browse our items or go directly to our checkout page.
4. Once you have completed your shopping click on the shopping cart at the top right of the page and follow the prompts to choose your chosen payment method.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa or Mastercard through the secure EWAY Payment Gateway. We also accept Paypal Express (use your details already stored in paypal), normal paypal (enter your details on our website) and bank deposit with Bendigo Bank which can either be deposited at a branch or via internet banking using your banking details to transfer your order amount to our account.
You are able to select your chosen payment method at the checkout.
Can I phone my order through?
You certainly can. Just phone us on 1300 498 144 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (EST) and we will be happy to take your call. If you happen to miss us, just leave a message and we will return your call as soon as we can.
How long does delivery take?
This depends on your chosen delivery method and also your location. All of our parcels are sent with Australia Post. Please see our Delivery Options for further information.
Do you have a rewards program?
YES! We love to reward our customers. For every $100 spent you will receive $5 in rewards points. You must make an account to receive reward points. These will be available in your account to add to your next order or save them for another time. It's up to you.
*Rewards Points are only available with purchases made from our website or over the phone.
What happens if I don't like my items or they don't fit?
At Izzybizzi we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our items. Just give us a call or send an email to arrange for a return on your item. Please see our Returns Policy for full terms and conditions.
